didnt armourtex remove all the bbs and cranks on the ghostbikes, i presume this means that they have tools themselves, maybe if you take your bike along and ask nicely they will help you you!

Have tried the steel rod and an old seat post with a hammer and the fecker still ain't moving.
Been on a little hunt for scaffolding or useful pipe and Deptford seems to be pretty devoid of pipe!
Will give Amourtex a call and see if they'd be up for helping.

Armourtex removed the headset cups and fork crown race for me. I was (even more) clueless at the time and wasn't even sure they did come off, nevermind any idea of how to remove them myself.
They didn't reinstall them though. -

Just called Armourtex the helpful chappy at the other end said he give it a go, excellent.
I wanted to take my bike to Amourtex and get it powder coated today but a having problems removing the bottom bracket, got most of the right tools. The main problem being that the adjustable wrench I've got isn't long enough to get decent leverage.
Also the top and bottom frame races from the headset are lodged in.
Is anybody available to help or give any useful suggestions?
Cheers.
