I don't have what you're after, but you may be able to use a BMX 'pivotal' seatpost, as I understand it they use an expander bolt type arrangement. Not sure of the seat post size, but it's got to be worth a look

Theres a guy on US ebay selling a NOS american classic quill seatpost.
He has has it listed 3 times at three different prices. they go up and down.
$70, $50, $67
Was looking at it for the broken Caygill...

how do you attach the saddle?
This is a long shot but I might as well start my search here. I've a Moser AX frame that I'm thinking of converting to use as an around town bike. I've attached a picture below.
These frames originally came with an expander style seat post, using a similar mechanism to a quill stem. I don't have one so was wondering if anyone on here happened to have one spare?
