22.2 with 25.4 or 26 bar diameter. length, 80 to 110mm.

I have a 120 that comes with free drops if you're interested… Actually, it might be 130, but let me check in the morning. PM to remind me, if you're still looking as I'll clearly forget :)

Not exactly what you're looking for, as it is annoyingly old Cinelli (26.4), but I have a brand new (NOS) 100mm black stem with a really novel bar clamp bolt. The bar clamp, instead of using a standard pinch bolt has no gap; the bolt is hidden and looks really clean. I have a set of Cinelli bars (44cm) that could go along with the stem. Or you could shim it to 26.0 or 25.4.

i have a black cineli stem, i bought it but never fitted it. I think it is about 110-120. it has an old cinelli 26.6 clamp but i have a nitto shim too, yours for 15.
