Yup, Agusta would also be my first choice, but .... need 2 winning tickets for that one ;)
I guess it's the streetfighter ... Buells are a dream ride, just pure adrenaline!

I got my CBT early last spring, it was sleety & windy but I was keen and was looking foward to getting a nice bike and riding all over the place.
This was what I was planning on:
Thing is, soon as it warmed up. I re-discovered the joys of pedal cycling, and realised its much more awesome to be blasting the street on a super simple lightweight bike which costs nothing to run and is powered by only ones mighty legs.
And after building a new better fixed wheel bike during summer, getting really used to riding fast. I had no urges to become motorised during winter and dont think I ever will.
I think id rather learn to drive to cover big distances and be able to carry a bunch of stuff/people around. And for scenic tour of nice places, id much rather do it on a bicycle rolling along at 18mph taking it all in.

I have a very underused Honda Varedero 125 sat on my front drive.
I used to ride it all the time and loved it around town as it's great for a 125 and big enough not to get pushed around on the road. Not ideal for going over about 60 tough as you reach the top end pretty quickly and it struggles.
Sadly haven't ridden for about 3 months as I just don't really need too.
Group ride anyone ??

I have 1996 Triumph 750 but its a bit big/heavy/Fast(!) for me (I'm a wuss) so I'm selling it and getting something more sedate (and cheaper so I can drop it and scratch it and stuff) like an er5 or a gpz500s or a cb500. Anyone want a triumph for £1000?

I currently ride this
It's a Honda VRX 400 Roadster. 33bhp on the dot, cos my licence is restricted until March. Looks nice, but to be honest I'll be glad to be rid of it. It's ponderous, heavy, doesn't handle, feels knackered and agricultural and it's unreliable. I use it for my commute, but almost any other journey I'm on one of my push bikes.
I'm going to replace it with a Triumph Thruxton, which is much more my sort of thing.
When summer comes I am supposed to me moving offices to Holborn. If that happens then I'll be commuting by bicycle and may not keep the Triumph -

Don't ride myself, but you are all more than welcome.
Well, do you?
I happen to rather like them.
When I have to work long hours starting September I may well get one.
Is that blasphemous?
