Do me a quick, online favour?

  • I'm writing a feature on email at the moment, and I've had to sign up for lots of different webmail services. At the moment the screen grabs will look really bare and dull - if you have a moment, could you please send a couple of different emails with convincing subject lines to these addresses?

    matt.sparkes@hotmail.com
    matt.sparkes@ymail.com

It would be much appreciated, any time tonight or tomorrow daytime, as I'll be taking the screen grabs tomorrow evening.

    Ta!

  • sounds like one of those african scams

  • It's not a scam, I assure you, I'm just looking for some slightly more interesting pics for an article.

  • only joking!

  • If my name appears in the picture for this article will I be entitled to royalties?

  • Can i make them look painfully incriminating or embarrassing.

  • Doing you quickly would hardly be an online favour.

Hmmm, I think the comma might be in the wrong place.

    Anyway, I'll email you.

    Peace

  • Is there scope in the article for mentioning CC and more importantly BCC as a means to send mail to multiple persons without distributing your contacts to all and sundry?

  • Thanks everyone, that's great. It will just make the grabs a bit more realistic. Not much chance on BCC and CC because it's for quite a techie audience.

Hmmm, I think the comma might be in the wrong place.

Nope, it was exactly where I wanted it.

    Anyway, I'll email you.

    Ta!
