No dibs, sorry. 606 has the Mercian at the mo, once interest dries up (and all regular members have had a gander at the thread) I'll end it like (mid-week?), cheers.
[edit] Everything goes to the highest bidders at 9.30 Tuesday morn to avoid being "flakey" with peeps, tah.

im interested in the Concorde frame if you will post it? what do you mean by "the footprint of the bike is now out by 2cm or so?"
-

The frame is a little bit twisted.
-
• #13

That mercian would go for looooaaaaddsssacash on ebay.

It cost me v. little, so I thought I'd pass on the savings and avoid the hassle of "the paint's ugly and the brakes need adjusting" type malarky.

I doubt it.
I'm having it picked up and reconditioned by the lovely people at Mercian next month though.
The beginning of a bit of a clear out for me... first a Mercian with beater parts that's been neglected (painted in matte blue over the original metallic blue) and would benefit from a complete restoration.
55.5cm ST, 56cm TT (c-c).
I can list parts if needed, but it's all pretty low-end, but working. Athena pedals need clips and straps, rear wheel is a cassette with no hanger, etc.
I'm looking for offers over £50, highest takes it.
Next a nice SLX Caygill road frame, the original plan was to fit track ends and make it into a trick bike (it will bar spin a 700), but it's a bit too tall for me... nice and tight though and in good condition. Stronglight HS, misc. seatpost thrown in.
57.5cm ST, 57cm TT (c-c).
The paint is a nice metallic red, but is touched up along the top tube and is badly scratched on the stay (shown).
Again I'm looking for offers over £50, highest takes it.
Finally, I have a beautiful Concorde frame (I think it's 53/54cm or so) that was twisted by a white van (low speed squash), the footprint of the bike is now out by 2cm or so... it can probably be fixed, but it's not worth the money in my opinion, Aelle tubing and neon colours on black, oooh. Free to one of the winners above.
