Warehouse Space To Let - Clissold Park, N16

Hi guys,

I'm looking for someone to take over the lease on my warehouse space between now and July. It's in a great place, right on Clissold park in Stoke Newington. It's big, with a skylight. I haven't got the measurements but it's around 14m long at the longest wall, it's kind of an L-shape.

£600/month including bills perfect for cheap business premises or as a studio to a group of artists etc. The building is safe, in a nice area, just of Church Street with 24hr access and a big roller shutter door to bring things in and out. The other people in the building are nice. It's a mixture of creative business and artists.

All of the furniture can be included for free!

Is it a living space (kitchen, bathroom etc) or just what you see there?

There are 4 shared kitchen and bathroom spaces on the ground floor and 3 upstairs. Many people do live there. I'd say the majority of people live there. There are over 100 units there.

The powers that be have decided to turn my workshop into some designer offices... so as of March i am out of the cocaine warehouse on shacklewell lane.

Yes, ground floor. March might be possible, but I was looking for someone to take over from Feb

Dammit Jon! Wish you'd told me about this a week ago. I would have bitten your arm off for that. Alas to late now I've put down a deposit on a place in Finsbury Park.

The place is still available. I need someone to take it off my hands at the start of Feb.... I have been super busy and I think some people have tried to contact me and I haven't got back to them.

I am looking for someone to take over my contract from Feb, sign a full, new contract for as long as they like!
