I had an OnOne rear wheel on my first fixed setup. I bought it because it was relatively cheap, but in all honesty I don't think I've ever ridden much better. Nice and stiff, the threads are good quality too, and don't strip the second you either tighten your lockring or go to skid. The one I had was double fixed too, which was nice - I went to a flip-flop afterwards, and I'm wishing I had double fixed because I'll never use a freewheel.
I sold it to Polybikeuser on here - I'm guessing it's still going strong!

they look like a score to me. if i needed a budget wheelset i reckon i'd get those.

Is there much else in this price range (upto £150) worth a look?
-

up to £150 you may be looking at second hand or ebay auctions.
I can't remember how much the halo wheelsets go for, but why pay another £50, when you can have these wheels for a steal?

Cheers for the replys, is there any difference between the on-ones for £104 and the planet x for £96? They both look exactly the same to me.

I have a pair. Excellent value, you won't be disappointed.
FYI - The rear is double fixed and comes with 2 lockrings.

I think I ordered the PX ones, but the hubs say On-One on them, whatever. Just order the cheaper option.

The Planet X's are listed as tubular, the On Ones are probably clinchers but you might want to ping them an email and check.
Think the hubs are the same, just differently branded. Go for the clinchers unless you are gonna be riding round and round in circles on the track.
On One are ace to deal with if you just want the parts, great customer service and really friendly.

on-one are clincher, planet x ones are tubular. hubset is the same but with different drilling
on-one come with two lock rings and rim tape. 32h double butted spokes.
very good quality and great value for money wheelset - we got good stocks...
hippy informed me that he was liking his pair...alternatives would be charge (havnt seen them in the flesh), halo (nice wheelset - sold well when i was @ harry halls), possibly diacompes gran compe- might be a little more than your 150 budget
any more questions re: onone wheels - fire me a pm...

I've got some On Ones after I realised that commuting on polo wheels wasn't practical, on account of the abuse polo wheels get.
The On One wheels are noticably nicer than the ones on my Filmore and they were really sound to deal with. Super quick/cheap delivery, even came with two lockrings!
Can't recommend them highly enough.

For about 150 you can have a set custom made by parker international -I went for Miche Hubs on Open Pro rims, built by them, and they came in at a ton fifty... pretty good price to my mind

They also do Miche factory built, £129, http://www.parker-international.co.uk/7005/Miche-Pistard-WR-Track-Wheels.html

You can run a freewheel on a fixed thread, btw.
I'm looking for a cheapish otp wheel set and was wondering if anyone had tried these.. http://www.planet-x-warehouse.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_Fixed_and_Track_281.html
