Carroll and Torres deals done (£35m and £50m) respectively. Personal terms all sorted, medicals are all that's left. So plenty of room for last minute problems in both cases.

Edit: Carroll is significantly younger than bent and should (if things don't fall to shit) have a much higher sell on value than Bent. It also seems like Carroll might be part of the england set up for years to come as well. not justifying the price though just thinking aloud playing with straws
