Terry leaving Chelsea is no surprise, him declaring that he'd consider another English team is.
I doubt any of the clubs who'd be interested in signing him would be able to afford his wage demands.
-
• #135506
He's not in a position to make huge wage demands, doubt he'll stay in England... America beckons...

Apparently an MLS spokesperson has said they aren't interested.
He should retire to Bournemouth.

So it is still very much Chelseas to lose but not as much as it was a fortnight ago.
I think I speak for everyone when I also say "Come on Spurs". Expect obviously those who don't want Spurs to win it -
• #135512
I don't think you speak for anyone except yourself. And @cornelius_blackfoot.
I never thought I'd want Chelsea to win anything. I feel soiled. But rather them than bloody Spurs.

Speak for yourself mike, that way no one gets pulled into your schizophrenic, flip flopping ways...
As stated previously, I'd love it if we won the title instead of Chelsea, as they choked away the title that has been in their hands for so long, some sort of football karma to repay us for their job at being spoilers last season.
Not going to happen but its making the last six games of the season interesting. Still Chelsea's to lose.
I'd be happy with fa cup trophy, finishing above arsenal and automatic champions league qualification. -
