...for covering parts of the frame missing paint. Ghetto stylee. But not electrical tape stylee.
I can only find it on ebay in batches and charging a bit for postage, and not in art shops. Anybody use it at work and could spare a sheet?
Yes. Message me your postal address and I will send some off cuts to you.

the best place to go for this stuff is a shop that makes signs... i got an A1 size piece from times drawing office on maddox st just off regent street for very little. another product that is good, but costs more is from that motorbike shop on new oxford st/holborn. its designed to go on the petrol tank of a motorbike to stop u scratching the paint with your zips on your jacket. Its like a 1.5mm thick plastic that is adhesive. it comes in black or some carbon kevlar weave pattern.

also for all you lot in to the colours... Leyland on goodge st has a load of bright colours that are intended for worksurfaces... you could cover your bike in a granite pattern or a walnut veneer haha

Your parcel is on its way Mr Fresh. It will take a while though, it being Christmas and also sent 2nd class.
There is a good few off cuts in it which should suit your application.
I have taken the liberty of enclosing a selection of confectionery as its the season of goodwill to all men etc.
Merry Christmas

I'm going to order some vinyl to cover a frame, and there's a minimum order of 5m length (610mm wide), so I'll have some spare. Anybody want to double up?
Lots of colours here:
http://www.thevinylcorporation.co.uk/products/vinyl-products/self-adhesive-vinyl-for-cars,-vehicles,-motorcycles/I'll be going for black or a very dark blue or grey - not that fussed really.
£3.50 per meter or thereabouts.
