A2)for every 1/2" change in rim width, the tire's section width will correspondingly change by approximately 2/10
I've done some searching and I can't find anything that tells me what the difference is between 700 23c-25c-28c wheels, does the 23-25-28 thing mean how wide the tyre is.
Can any one help?
