So, are you really tall? I'm 6'6" and I own a 61cm Fillmore. I find it (just) big enough. I think the Surly Steamroller is a bit bigger.

I'm really tall (6'8") and ride a 62cm for my geared bike. Just fine.
My fixed is technically too small for me, but I love it and therefore cope :P

hmmm, actually it's for a friend (I'm really quite short) anyway he's 6ft 5 and being riding fixed on a 64 for the last few years and found that's what suits best...he's ridden 62cm and 60cm and found it uncomfortable...I guess it's personal preference.

Makes sense. He might have longer legs than me! I wanted a larger bike, but found it very difficult to find one that was reasonably priced.
Good luck!
You might want to try the Waltham Forest bike recycling project. They have a bunch of old frames... you might find something there. I had found an old 64cm Falcon last year, but didn't end up buying it. This, of course, was not a track frame.

Aaah thanks for that, will definately check it out, he's adamant about not wanting a conversion which limits the field even further, guess we'll have to hold out... thanks again.

Oh, and it's hanging up in Cavendish if you wanna see it in the flesh?!

No, the fork isn't drilled. Yes, the headset is included...tis a campy chorus. And yeah, the price is fairly fixed...but feel free to make an offer and i can relay it to my friend.

Hello. I am said friend of Alex.
Just to point out: the frame is AMAZING to ride. Super-short; turns on a sixpence; accelerates like fook.
The fork is undrilled; it's actually impossible to drill as the crown is so small.
Columbus Max steel tubing throughout.
Also, the price is negotiable to a degree.
