Is it the right time to wish everybody on the forum a Happy Christmas - well, more a multi-denominational mid-winter celebration. Hope the booze is plentiful and have a great time. Especially as we're going to be broke in the new year.

I knew it was Christmas when I got an e-mail asking if it was ok to call a Christmas party a Christmas party. It seems this person had been convinced that I'd banned the term for fear of offending (predominantly but not only - but then it seems the Daily Mail would seem to want you to think only Muslims can get offended about anything) people from other backgrounds.

I mean really - as if I haven't got enough to be getting on with...
