Advice: French cycling in spring

Does anybody have a recommended route for a short cycling holiday in france? I want to do about 150km / day over 4 days or so when the sun finally comes out... get pished in some villages, stay in cheap B&Bs etc....

Get the Eurostar to Lille then the TGV to Nice. Ride from Nice through Provence to Avignon and get the train back. You can pick a route that suits but the Gorges du Verdon is a must and the Luberon mountains are very scenic too.
