Campag Eurus Wheel Needs Rebuild

Hi all

I have a (almost!) perfect set of Campag Eurus wheels (mid section wheel with record hub - 21 spokes), with the exception of a massive bite out of the rim where it hit the gutter during my recent shoulder breaking accident and I need to get it rebuilt......without monumental expense !

I know there are bunches of guys on here who build wheels, can anyone get me a Eurus rim and spokes and rebuild my wheel for me ? It is a rear wheel so therefore G3 lacing, I don't know whether that makes it easier....or harder. I can deliver the wheel pretty well anywhere in London.

Hardest task will be getting the rim. The Campagnolo spares people ceased trading earlier this year. A new franchise has just started, but they are flooded with orders, as there has been a gap of about eight months. The new site can be e-mailed at campagnoloasc@aim.com. I have ordered from them satisfactorilly and they take Paypal.

and for wheel building services contact ***arup ***on the forum he'll build the wheel for you no problems. you might have to speak to him about ordering parts. he has ordered spokes and rims for me in the past, but it might just be worth checking with him if he can source the bit you have asked for.

thanks lads, hopefully they won't be all THAT hard to get, but you never know.Last time I buy factory built wheels, what a pain in the arsium.
