can anyone point me in a good direction for a bike?

i live just out side london if that helps ie: good shops in london.. .would be helpful to know.

    cheers x

  • Oh FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Its fixed gear or track bike, or fixed wheel if your in your 80s never fixie, and never ever ever fixie bike. you need to be less confused son.

    www.google.com

    www.ebay.com

  • cheers x

I hope that kiss was just for me... swoon

  • Think of the components you will need and one by one type them in to the search button (4th from the left on the toolbar). You will either find advice about what to buy or possibly bits for sale in the classified section other than that as chris crash says; google and ebay are your friends

  • decide whether you want OFP or self-build first

  • turn back now.
you wont have any skin left by the time this lot have dealt with you.

  • Just out of interest:Why "never fixie"?

    Toodle pip

    hipster and ageist

  • Don't buy until you've ridden a fixed gear..... How do you know you'll get on with it!!

You know how you had to post 5 times before you were able to start any threads - because of the "Nursery" thing?
Go out and find five bikes (after doing a bit of research) and ride them. Buy the best one.
Let us know what you buy?

    Fixieist!

  • Listen to Pistaboy - get a cheap effort of' t'bay and just get your head and hands around it. only way to learn

  • smug, vegan and elitist.

    i'm ok with that.

  • Nah, just get one. Everyone I know who tries one loves it, I've never seen an indifferent reaction to a fixed gear.

I believe someone was selling their Kona Paddywagon on here recently for a reasonable price.

  • my wife doesn't like it

  • Buy the Cuntster. Fitting.
