im after something with not too strict clearances,
im not too fussed about where its came from but out of all the frames ive seen

sorry to say it but i think you might be a bit hard pressed to find that tight of a clearance on your budget

dolans are aluminium

They haven't always been though.
I would have thought that your budget precluded new frames anyway?
