Honestly I'm not entirely surprise when people vote for him because of his hair and the promise of an all-new routemaster.

He always looked a bit flammable to me, that whispy barnet could go up at any second.
I feel a bit sorry for him in that respect, he could never have been a welder.

Im not that familiar with cycling about London, are these cycle routes a big deal?
I dont know what Boris's intentions might be here, but could it be a good thing?
Never been fond of cycle routes, better to emphasise cyclists place on all normal roads.

Fair point if that was the reason BJ was cutting funds but I doubt it is. Unless he's recently found himself on the Bloomsbury death strip then I can see why he'd pay to have them all ripped up.
BJ's record so far is a bit puzzling; he's talked of an amnesty for illegal foreign workers which is not what you might have expected and not national Tory policy. -

The man is an enigma, wrapped in a puzzle. That's Johnny Turk for you.
La Chugster was on his campaign team though - perhaps she might enlighten us? -

On singletrack world.
"Cycle route funding for London boroughs has been slashed in half undermining the Mayor’s plans to more than treble cycling levels in the capital"
Never trust a man on a small wheeled bike!
