One of the guys at my work is selling his Raleigh racer (semi-horizontal drop outs I believe). 58cm, Reynolds 531 - £100 I think, which would leave £100 to convert it, which would be easily do able, especially if your mate flogged the derailleurs and what not.

I'll be selling this next week for about £200 posted, nothing fancy but very good condition.
Its a St John street cycles winter fixed frame, not sure if they sell it anymore but it used to be about £200 for the frame and forks I think.
Its going to have a Sovos rear flip flop hub, new cog, chain and chainwheel.
I was going to put just a front brake on it but I can put two on for the same price, which are unused 105 and aero levers.
Won't be for sale until about Wed/Thur of next week though and I'll put better pics up once its done.

oops forgot to say what size it is, seat tube 52cm c to c, top tube 54 c to c.

My flatmate's gonna be getting rid of his Lemond Fillmore in the next few weeks, probably looking for somewhere around the £300 mark... Currently set up as an SS, 53cm... PM me if yer interested...
i have a friend who has started to commute on a mtb, but wants somthing fixed fairly cheap.
after a complete, or almost complete bike for around £200, but could probably be stretched a little further.
