Napalm is proven to remove 100% of decals.
Just scoop up a big handful and then rub onto the frame and light with a match.

I asked Kona this after I bought my Paddy Wagon (stupid name) They reckon they put the decals on under the laquer to stop the bikes being rebranded by someone else. What a lot of crap!

Can someone tell me if the decals on a Langster are applied under the lacquer or on top? Are they easy to remove?
Cheers.
Never be ashamed of your bike mate

It isn't really about being ashamed, some people just like the look of bikes without names tacked all over it.
Some bikes look nice by default (http://www.roadcyclinguk.com/news/images/charge_plug_hi.jpg) some not as sexy. :)

isn't it strange how, with the simple application of Britain's strongest swearword, an ordinary, even annoyingly bog-standard OTP can be rendered satisfying, unique and...goddamit.. special?

Hi all,
Basically, I want to remove some clear coated decals without killing the paintwork. there are no edges on the stickers and are under a layer. I preferably dont want to nitromores it, but I was wondering if anyone knew a way of getting them off. I've googled and searched on here but not had much luck. if this fails, nitromores it is.
any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Toby
