Who would steal a crappy polo bike?

My polo bike got stolen last night. My lock was cut through and the bike taken from the 'secure' bike storage at my flat, right on Broadway Market.

There seems to have been a spate recently of really knowledgable bike theives targeting high-end, high-value bikes. This was not one of those times.

It was a shitty Falcon road frame, with the decals badly scraped off and then stickered up.
Crappy out of true front wheel with a home made disk.
Crappy Halfords risers with electrical tape all over them, dirty, ripped oury grips. No brakes.
Shitty RPM cranks with some no-name black chainring.
The only item of any value was the deep section Swiss DT rear wheel, which I bought 2 years ago and has quite a few dents from the heavy polo ball.

I'd say this bike was worth £20 at most! The absolute muppet who stole it must have dumped it somewhere, cause I'm sure there is no way he is going to be able to sell it.

If people could keep their eyes open, especially when playing polo around broadway market, I'd appreciate it.

I have an old Raleigh frame you can use in the mean time if you'd like. Probably not worth it though - you'd have to change the BB and get cranks (or reinstall the cotter pin ones).

I've got an old QR front wheel, if you need.
