gizmond, I'm not a track cyclist at all, and won't pretend to be....but this list contains PURE track bikes, as well as well as some nearly-there imposters. The Condor Stadio is said by Condor to be a "more comfortable" bike, best suited to longer track events? Wouldn't a "more comfortable track bike" appear to be an oxymoron?

Some will make the grade, and some just won't cut it, in sprinting. I can't judge, but others, like you, will inform me......and whoever else admits to lacking knowledge in this area.

I was more talking based on my disappointment that the tk2 was not coming to Britain.

(well evans really as that's where my cycle 2 work voucher has to go :-( )

Running 100m in an ill-fitting pair of spikes would be very detrimental to performance, init.

Do people race those OTPs? I've understood at least the Fujis and Dolans do see the track, but of the others I've no idea.

Seen felt, dolan, condor, fuji pro, giant and a few more otp's at HH specially at the higher levels, the better the rider...

I'd like one of those focus jobies, if it came just as a frameset, wish it had a couple of decals though, so people could tell what make it is.

Until you've adapted to the riding position for optimum power, discomfort can still hinder consistency of performance.

So ultimately, comfort (relative to discipline) = optimal power transfer.
