I can't stop spending money. Perhaps /i need to go back to work.

Or you could spend some of your fortune on the rest of us.

A new pair of rims, a 19t cog, a track frame, a pair of double straps, a longer seatpost and maybe a toptube pad. OH and a new crankset so I can actually change chainrings.

Andy I have no fortune unfortunately, but I am getting paid even though I'm not at work :)

I have decent reasons for all of those things. The worst of all is that I share a seat post and saddle between two bikes!

I don't understand how a shorter tyre in the same wheel is going to help you

I did write narrower to start with and that's more accurate. The 23mm Vittoria open cx's touch the down tube when trying to barspin/tailwhip. A 20mm or 19mm will clear I think.

I want all the things i have ordered to arrive so I can finish my first build.

photoben, I might take you up on that right now though I'm considering getting a better one for the other bike and using the Thompson from there on my fixed.
