there's already two cliques of shopper riders.
One's called "old ladies", the other's called "Salesmen sitting out a speeding ban".

What about the "silly fuckers wanting a more impractical bike" group?

We should all start riding Raliegh Choppers! Although I'm sure I'm in the 3 or 4,000's as a member? I will be good I promise!

my MTB hybrid is also a shopper bike (well, by functionality, simply having those sweeped handlebar and rear basket), may I be dismissed?

Woohoo! I'm member 417 so I can join in the fun of starting a new clique. I remember the good old days of the forum. I get to replicate those good old days in the Glasgow forum though.

Archie, you're number 1615....but only people who have numbers 1-1000 can check member numbers. We also have keys to the executive washroom, and automatic "final bidder" rights on ebay for any "fixie culture" stuff. (Actually VB, could you talk to ebay? we deserve something like that)

Ta Roxy.
I thought it was something like that. Exclusive club rights for the top 1000 only.Bloody elitist hierarchical system! That's it, I'm off to BikeRadar...erm!

how do u find out what number member u r?
-

I couldn't find out also.
I think this forum should have a self-destruct action that is automatically employed when the 5,000th member signs up. What do you think?
....Or members 1-508 or so should all go and buy a shopper, mtb, or road bike (but whatever it is it must be in mass, that way we can start a new clique)
