You'll be able to shim a lever to fit (goldfinger levers come with one).
Might be worth investing in a new stem though...

hello all, i'm looking for handlebars to fit an old quill stem with a clamp diameter measured at 24mm (with a glance at sheldon i'm thinking 23.8mm).
has anyone got anything they're not using or know if they're easily available?
will a regular brake lever fit narrower diameter bars? or is it worth getting a stem to fit larger sizes to save the trouble?
thanks.
