Getting anal about my music collection

Back in the day I used to use MusicBrainz on a PC to organise my MP3 collection into lovely folders, but having lost and regained my tunes since then I need to re-sort everything. I checked into MusicBrainz, but it seems to have lost its mojo somewhat.

What do people here use to automatically organise their collection and grab cover art? I'm now using a shiny MacBook, by the way.
