I think a picture would probably help- normally one undoes the main alan bolts that hold them to the frame/fork and they come straight off, or so I believe.

There should only be one bolt on the front of each leg. WD40 and lever them of gently with a flat bladed screw driver.
Or you could twat it with a hammer if all else fails. -

If they do not, try said large blade screwdriver leverage option. -

I have apparently unscrewed everything their is to unscrew but absolutely no avail! Am I missing a trick or are all of them different and I'm just going to receive abuse?
