Copenhagen is indeed ace, Oslo is too but I prefer Copenhagen.
Go the park in front of the Royal Palace and hang out there for a bit while people watching and reading a map. The area behind the Palace is quite cool, loads of little boutiques, cafés, bars etc. Has a kind of Notting Hill/Westbourne Park kinda vibe -

And check out the new opera house at the harbour.

I'm currently on a bus, somewhere in Sweden, going from Copenhagen to Oslo (gotta love free wifi on a bus!) Copenhagen was fuckin amazing, and I'm sad to leave, but I am on my way to visit a friend in Oslo for a week, and have absolutely no idea what goes on up there... Any Norwegians on this forum? Anyone been to Oslo with some advice, of either the helpful or humorous variety? Anyone know if there is there a messenger and/or fakenger community over there?
