Wanted: People to stop selling there random, none bike related crap

As the title says, really, thats all I'm after, cheap and quick as possible.

If I want a camera, snowboard bag or wireless router or any other none bike related crap, I will got to ebay/relevant forum/shop to get it.

Please look at the name at the top of the forum and think, is it appropriate to sell my sh*t here before you make the post... PLEASE

You could ask vb to make a sub-forum in here for non-bike related classifieds.. not a lot of work involved!

I'm fine with it, it's not that often and usually sold at the same time as with a load of bike stuff. Plus, if I had summat random I wanted to sell, I'd rather sell it to a good home on here and in person than being dicked around on fleabay.

i don't mind either, i've sold some non-bike stuff on here before. if you don't want to buy a camera or wireless router, don't look at the thread. simple.

Whilst we're at it - you could level the same objection at people looking for jobs/flats. But then there are sometimes just as many people here also looking for employees/flatmates. The thing I love about this forum is the fact that I know so many of you in real life, that the forum has a strong existence and sense of community in the real world, as well as here on the interwebs. And in the real world people have stuff they want to sell, and stuff they want to buy, need places to live, jobs, wireless routers or camera bags. As per everybody comment above: you do not have to read these threads - there is an 'ignore' button for this reason. But whilst such threads may not be your cup of tea, they might actually help out another forum member, and I'm all for that.
