Wonder if he appreciates the soundtrack is actually about the NHS.
Edit - although on further investigation that might not be true, despite the video.

He's very good at the game of biek. That jump landing into a forward roll thing is awesome.

Don't think I've tried to do a wheelie since I left my MTBs in Oz. I've been too busy folding forward getting tucked, maybe I should give it another go. I never really made it more than 10-20m in one go - I'd always loop out after a few pedals. Who's here has got a sick wheelie?

Do one on your shiv!

Haha I think I'll start with the cheaper bikes first. Look at what I did to the Stanton when I landed on it :S
Never tried tilting the saddle foward like in his tutorial.

learning to wheelie was on my bucket list of things to do before i turn 40.
i'm 45 this year, still can't wheelie for shit.

Haha sounds familiar. I haven't even put the MTB back together after AMR so that's how likely I am to practice it any time soon. :)

This is why you use your rear brake.
I grew up doing MTB trials, so spent half my childhood on the rear wheel. I'm having to relearn them on my current MTB because the front wheel is about a mile in front of me, and the chainstays put the back wheel somewhere in the next county

I know the "how to" of wheelies. It doesn't mean I could apply it.
I'm no good at holding the balance point. I was into it though, I once had the most realistic dream of holding a manual all the way down my street. It felt so real and I was so fucking annoyed when I woke up and it turned out to be a dream.

I wonder if it's because I'm so heavy but all my weight is in my legs and I don't have enough mass to make corrections
looks at massive head in mirror
Nope it's not that.

lockdown regrets list
- not spending all my 'one exercise a day' time practising wheelies

I’m in awe of the local kids round my way who can just chill on the back wheel indefinitely on a beat to shit bso mtb.
A few have those dedicated fat tyre wheelie whips which do look pretty fun for fucking around on.
