We could open a store on Brick lane and call it Brick Lane Bikes and then sue the original one false advertising (ie, they are not on Brick Lane).

Cavendish cycles may as well be. they've got a small sextion of geared, but the rest of the shop is taken up by track frames, phils, nitto's etc etc...
