offers around £15 then... anyone know how much this is worth ?
-
• #3
What is it made of?
EDIT: i.e what type of alloy a steel based or aluminum based alloy.
-

I think with no mounting hardware + second hand it's worth £5-10.

it's aluminium/ aluminium based alloy now that i've had a good look at it.
i have the bolts also if anyone wants..cheers provenad... price is now a handsome £10..
there are no makers stamp on it... looks like a generic homemade Dawes rack
a tenner is a good price cos it is a very sturdy rack i have to say.
i know some people on here go for biking holidays, tours and so on.
Thats why i put it up here.. i have no space for it and no use either. -

if your looking for a rack that attaches with bolts that's strong light and sturdy, this one i have off a Dawes Super Galaxy is made to last.
It does not bend at all !
The alloy tubes are a fair bit thicker than your average rack.
pictures say all
for 700c wheels..
