Fresnel Lens

I'd never heard of these until I just read the Evening Standard. Looks like a sound plan considering what's happened in the past few weeks alone with left turning lorries.

Pronounced 'frenel' by the way (silent 's') - like the vegetable fennel but with an 'r' stuck in there. We used to use fresnel effects when I was a 3D animator.
