Wanted: Long quill, short reach 1" stem

I need a short reach ( 40-60mm ish), tall stem (so I can raise it a fair distance out of the forks), something similar to the far left one below:

thanks slag, budget is cheap (it's for polo bike). I don't want one of those mank hybrid 45º riser stems tho.
