  • Well, I finally finished my new bike so the beloved Kona has to go.
It's strong and fast. and has done me nicely for the best part of a year. It's in good all-round condition, save for the paintwork which is a bit chipped, especially where I cleverly made the chain jump off once.
In this sale I'm including frame/forks/headset/stem/some raceface riser bars/bottom bracket (Shimano UN54, less than a month old) and RPM crankset. (ie exactly as it appears in the photos)

Perfect first fixed ride/commuter/pub bike/project bike.

I'm not sure what it's really worth so PM me with any serious offers.
    Over to you, forum...

  • Give you a fiver for it.

  • Tenner.

  • lets see the new bike?

  • Tenner.

    I'm out. It's all yours.

  • I bet he's got some lean and mean track bike..

  • brett is a sensible man, got his screwed on right, has old Brett. you'll not catch the Bretislava with some HHSB, no sir.

  • no, but he's moved to dullwitch & co and is in need of a velodrome eater

  • oh, i see.

  • I'm sure he'll post up a pic of his new white NJS bike with powdercoated sadospoke and dogsknob risers

  • not the Bretton

  • safe

  • Was just about to post that link to the current projects thread.
New bike's running like a dream!

  • how's 40 quid sound?

  • I'd pay £45+

although he'd probably get £100 on egay

  • I didn't realise it's included the bb, head set, etc, so £60?

  • make it £80, scoble you tight git

  • £65

  • A excellent condition Specialized Langster frame would go for 100 quid.

    is this ebay?

  • make it £80, scoble you tight git

    is that your bike?!

    Alright I´ll put it 70.

  • it's Brett's bike. I was just suggesting a fair price for you

  • £71

  • £75 is my maxinum, I like to built a decent commuter bike for my father and the Kona is perfect due to the fact that it's steel and strong and have a relaxed geomity than a proper track frame.

  • To put it into perspective, I sold (yes, it's gone) the Alf Webb F+F for £80 incl. BB, headset and stem. I think £90-100 is a perfectly reasonable offer for this steel (?) frame.
