Zeus bikes (and parts) are great. I wonder how original it is though. If it is a genuine Zeus it would be great to renovate it. Search the www.fyxomatosis.com for a lovely example the restored.

Zeus was one of the few manufacturers that built bikes and made their own high end (Campy influenced) components.
Also did distinctive investment cast lugs, dropouts, fork crowns and BB shells which can help identify it.
Zeus was usually stamped on everything.
The fork doesn't look right and neither does the crank but it's a bad photo.
But it appears to be a quality bike.

Thanks guys, I'm gonna go look at it tomorrow morning. I am going against my better financial judgement on this one. Putting it on the Credit Card (gulp) as I have no money at all. Let you know what happens.

Spanish, innit? I'd love a 100% Zeus track bike... For sentimental dago reasons...

Surely £295 is expensive.
dogballs' Dave Yates complete went for less!

I talked to the guy today and he's throwing in the wheels ant tires to make it a complete bike. Do you think £295 is outrageous?

I think that's pretty good value for the money - it'd probably go for a fair bit more on ebay.

lately this frames alone are going for aprox 200 pounds in the ebay
if you add the Sugino crank, the wheelset and the rest, I think is a good price
I might go look at this bike tomorrow. Cant find a whole lot on Zeus bikes. Any opinions, advice or info would be appreciated.
