Does anyone know who organises the placement of Ghost Bikes in the UK? I'm trying to get hold of someone for a short interview, fairly urgently. I've emailed the admin of www.ghostcycle.org.uk, who I think are the main people behind the thing, right?

Don't think anyone organises it as such. Of course, I may be wrong. People do it spontaneously, like the one for the lady called Luci. As far as I know, the person who placed it didn't even know her - he's just a good guy.
