frame is small, 20 1/2", so around 50cm, i think.

lol, as if I paid 45 quid plus postage for one of those exact frames on the bay. I'm pretty sure thats a Claud Butler electron. Unbranded reynolds tubing, made for 27" wheels, 1966-72.
