Dude, did you find my gloves at your gaff?
-

Nah, but Gwyn promised to look in the lost & found at the pub. Seeing her later, so I'll update ya. How was Berlin? I've just wangled an extra date there (instead of Frankfurt), so I'll need to pick your brain. You said things weren't as cheap?

I'll ring Jimmybilly.

Nah, I've mailed him too. PJ is the last culprit to track down.
-
• #6
When is he off then?
-
• #7
Dunno, i cc'd him in the email I sent you lot this morning. Everyone else has got back to me apart from him. Think its pretty soon though.
Unless of course, someone picked it up from the pub in a last minute clearance?

In which case at midday the bike will have turned into a Unipak and the owner no longer wishes to secure it.
Does PJ have ugly brothers?
-

Final Bump for this as I'm off on holiday for a while... has anyone had a moment of clarity?

does it still have its id number on it near where the key goes? if so you could get another key for it and then have an extra??

Ha, no I also thought of that. Its owner has been found now, alas he's lost the key. So unless anyone else wants it for 'something', its going in the bin.

no, a thief steals, that lock has been posted for a week or more now..i was mearly suggesting a second life for the lock!
too bad the owner lost the key. how annoying. I did that once - those locks aren't cheap either. ;( -

I was under the impression you needed the number on the card (and that that was different) that came with the keys to get a new one cut. If it was the same number as stamped on the lock then if you locked somewhere regular, like at work, a thief would be able to just order some keys to steal your bike.
Anyway, does the owner have the card number to order a new key. If so why bin it, they could either use it again, or i'd gladly take a free extra lock. That said does it cost to get a new key? How much? their website doesn't say.

Left after south drinks this Monday!
Does it belong to you?
Did you attempt to lock up your bike on Tuesday and then face palm in realisation? If so, PM me.
