Can I play?
-
• #3
As an entry back into the game post injury?
-
• #4
You're not allowed near me. Especially if there is any type of a ball involved. ;)
-
• #5
Yes, yes. Saturdays?
-
• #6
saturdays are good, mid afternoon, say 2-ish?
-

Saturday is fine with me (but so is any other day really). And, we've got 7 people interested. That's two teams already.

Our team is in the process of making 3 mallets. Maybe some other teams are also? We can also fish around for some of the extras (Matt?)...

i'm sure you can borrow the mallets from the shacklewell massive as long as you collect and return..... and don't break mine or i'll hunt down your first born (mine is the one with the stripey black and white handle).
-
• #23
Done! Cheers Sheep! I will be sure to stay clear of any stripey black and white mallets.
Should we try for Brick Lane and hope no one's playing any other type of "sport"?
-
• #24
this is crap. u can play at any of the other venues, thu N/E, sun Brick Lane. nothing stopping u. probably should stop gas bagging and keeping an eye on games then get a mallet in.

It's really just a grand excuse to avoid you Dale.
Update.
This was on Saturday afternoons NE during the summer. For winter, we've just started playing whenever and wherever.
However, new people are welcome to any and all throw-in games. Just show up and say hello (or post before that you're coming). Best to check the other polo threads to see where we may be playing any given time. Sundays on Brick Lane is usual, and the most chilled games.
If enough people show interest, it would be great if we could set up a few newbie days. So also post here if you're up for that.
