Can someone clean this image up for me

I thought it would be easy to find this nice and clean but noooo.
I've got nothing to do it with at work,
Need the lines nice and straight etc and need it in a few sizes.
(really need it 5cm wide and as clean as poss)
Much appreciated if you could.
