I could true it at Old St. I'm not going to the drinks, but they're only about a 10min ride from here.
Would have to come downstairs to the ground floor and do it, but I've got a jig and it wouldn't take long...

thanks a lot man.. I guess the next question is do you think I'll be alright riding it to Old St? Not unrideable but noticably out, scrapes the brake at one point.
Old St would be ideal, meeting a friend up in Dalston.
Would you like to pm address details? I'll leave in about ten minutes so should be there nine.

ooh not quite... dt I think for safety reasons I'd be better to come to you if possible, ity's a fair way over to Old St and not experienced enough to know how much I can get away with.
Cheers BBMF I may still have to come and see you but hopefully should be okay with dt..thanks for the offer..
dt I should be at endwell rd in the next fifteen minutes - is that okay?

??
most grateful to dt, thanks for helping me man. very nice surprise bonus to barge in on the rest of the gang watching the footie. Cheers guys.
okay dudes I know this is a longshot and everyone's most likely out in the sun.
My back wheel's out of true and I think it's causing me tyre/inner tube probs as I had two flats yesterday. I would dearly like to ride over to East tonight on the CS bike rather than my Giant Lumberer. It's not all that desperate as I can ride on the hefty hybrid (everyone: uuurrrgh) but if someone's around for a quick truing session there'd be a beer in it for you.
I will be setting out from Brockley in 30 mins - the nearer to Brockley it is the better obviously. Ideally I'm going Greenwich then Dogs then Commercial Rd then Dalston. If you're feasiby on route or live around the start/finish points I'd be very happy.
I'll give it half and hour and then no sweat, I'll take my massive bike. You're welcome to line the route and laugh at me as I roll past.
