Unlocking my phone

just wondering where the best place is to get my phone unlocked in central london.
i know there's loads of places that do it, i just wanted to know which ones you guys have used in the past, etc.
which is best?
which is cheapest?

i just got ripped off by some "online unlocking" website. they said "type in your details,pay £3, and we'll send you the info to unlock your phone"
what they do is just send you an email which says, "take it to a shop and get it unlocked"

I have used this service with all of my mobile phones. You'll need a cable to plug it into the computer though, but all of my phones have come with one. They have the facility to unlock and also take the slow shitty network operator branded firmware off the phone with the very latest from the manufacturer:

it's a sony esricsson k850i.
just want to unlock, not debrand. it's on 3, so if i debrand it i'll loose some of the features.
i'm on a mac, so i don't think i can use the davinci stuff, although i did check it out earlier.
just wondering if anyone has advice on the best local shop to take it to.

it depends on the kind of phone as there are a load of different unlocking methods. might go on a little mish and get it done tomorrow.
