Do Condor count? I thought their frames were made by Dedaccia in Italy?
-
• #15
The Bates Cantiflex is still being made. The frames are subcontracted to Ron Cooper, and finally supplied by Classic Bikes. I don't even think Mercian or Bob Jackson have matched these gorgeous lugs. Added to list above.

can i throw dave hinde in. i think he's still making frame's in house as well as stock frames.

That's not Tippex - it's pigeon shit. Homing pigeons, mind.
-
• #23
Homing pigeon shit, from t'pigeons fed only on black pudding, lardy cakes and iron ore
-
• #24
The black 'paint' is actually ferret poo.
-
• #25

I thought I'd drag this from an answer I gave in another thread. Basically, I was making a list of British frame builders, and realised that they're not just world class, but some are just downright exoticabiciclettasexia.
NOTE: I have been biased in enboldening the manufacturers that make traditional, fancy-lugged frames.
You can almost hear the BBC Proms.....
