Why do you want a low BB ?
I don't mate, been there somewhat on an old bike (it was severely low... pedals touching ground when turning low, etc).
Jol? I'm looking at you...

I have a guerciotti in columbus slx. White with the classic graphics, engraved and transferred forks, nice lugs and campag headset . 55cm too small? I guess it's about 7/10 appearance wise. Want £100 for it. Let me know if you're interested. I can sort out some pics if you like...

I'd like to see the G'otti pics jim. Probably can't buy it though cos I've already got one :/
Maybe if it's in better nick than mine... -

The G'otti sounds good, can you post some pics? What year is it? (Got the star punched BB shell?)

Sounds like you may be sorted already but I may have a couple of options for you if you are looking for a track frameset for your build.
Both are steel, one a columbus 1974 Bob Jackson in red with gold and black 'Olympic' lettering (come swith new tange headset, track forks and some chrome drilled forks) and the other is a Steve Etteridge 531 frame with headset and BB in red.

Slimtim I just want to see both- photos and sizes would be ace.

The Bob Jackson is from back in the day when seta tubes were longer proportionally to toptubes than they are now. It is 60 c-t and 56/56.5 c-c on the toptube. I have a letter of authentification from Jacksons ref the decals, apparently they were fitted so that the Bob Jacksons branding showed up better in race finish shots (the traditional crest isn't as clear). The frame is pillar box red and has gold lug lining.
The Steve Ettridge is also lugged and is approx 57 c-t seat tube and 56.5 c-c toptube. It has a drilled fork.
Drop me your e:mail address and I'll send you some pix.

Hi all,
I'm looking to find an interesting frame to build a new fixie from? (I thought I'd post in here on the off chance that someone has something they'd like to clear out.)
Anything a little bit rare with nice lugs would be considered, I'm not looking for something with low BB geometry and am just under 6'.
