what are you thinking pricewise for the cranks pj?
would they be a good investment for a while or a make-do-for-a-bit?
cheers

i wouldn't call ambrosio an investment. if i had a beater or a slightly rougher bike i'd whack them on there i ran them for about 18months on the bob jackson, but am switching to sugino 75.
they need an isis BB. they look shiny.
£20.

okay pj I may well be up for those, I guess the obvious question is how much would an isis bb cost and how easy are they to come by? My frame bb spacing is 70mm by the way if this makes any sense.. if you'd like to pm me feel free

cheap as shit (truvativ/xlr) or mega pricey (dura ace).
i imagine your frame spacing is actually 68mm, but i may be wrong.

you are far more likely to be right than me, I have no idea what I'm doing.. it would be going on a road frame conversion anyway - you may even have seen the bike at South drinks..
ok the rub I guess is looking for a truvativ bb. I could do with the crank into its own in the next week; I like the sound of it being suitable for a rougher bike but i take it it's still basically in decent nick if it was on your bob jackson. I'm getting really annoyed at still not finishing this conversion... so any idea what the quickest route to a truvativ isis is? would the be an lbs stocking it? Sorry for the questions dude, just presume you'll know if you've already been using it..
