Ghostriding - anyone?

can anyone here ghostride their bike at all? even for a few seconds? vids? me and my flatmate have been trying, but it's nigh on impossible. just curious

It's alot easier on a freewheel when you can do a smooth dismount easier., still not easy. DO up your head set really tight might help too.

aha. if the bike doesnt have any rake as is often the case with track forks and frames it's gonna be awfully hard i'd guess
