Hip-hop enslave that bike!
Risers, red and white deep V's front and rear with alternate colour hubs and red and white spokes. Then get yourself a Team Great Britain skin suit and head down to your local trendster bar.
In all seriousness a $150 fram isn't that expensive to feel bad about using as a daily beater, even a basic wheel set will cost about that much.

I'm afraid it is on eBay - partly because I won a Mercian a few days ago and decided I'd be building that into my full time fixed.
Wasn't an easy decision by any stretch - especially as it's such a gorgeous frame, but we'll just have to see what happens. Hopefully I'll make back what I paid, but then it'll be my own stupid fault if I don't.
The funniest thing at the moment is how someone put in a bid as soon as it went on - for 10p. Don't know how I'd feel come next Monday and that bid was still standing. Thankfully it's gone up now - to 15p...!

Been doing a little research and have found this shot on the BLB website. I was a little nervous when I picked up my one that it might not have been legit, but it's good to see another one almost exactly the same (although without the pink sprayjob).
Bit of a shoddy job though - the frame's perfect for enslaving (which I'm now realising to my cost) and they really haven't made the most of it...

Got hold of a late '90s Condor aluminium track frame recently from the 'Bay and picked it up yesterday.
Been feeling sort of awkward about it since I won it - while it's a gorgeous frame, and unbelievably light, I've always had more of a hankering for a more classical looking steel track frame, and am trying to work out what to do with it.
So - do I build it up? Size-wise it fits well at 57.5cm, and it's in great nick. If I was to build it up, I'd probably want it to look like Tynan's Argon (without the glowing seat post). No problems there...
Or do I bung it back on eBay and hope I don't lose too much money on it? I'm worried about the practicalities - it's a bit of a flashy frame so would feel nervous about using it as my everyday bike - and I don't have enough money to run a beater and 'something for the weekend'.
Is anyone here interested? Would accept £150 or a straight swap for it, and can provide more photos if anyone wants some...
Feel free to slap me about the face if I'm just being a ponce... Piccy below...
