Wanted: Hairnet leather helmet

Does anyone have one of these, or know where I could get one from? I couldn't find much searching google.

saw a bloke cycling down oxford street wearing one of these yesterday - stunning!

I have no source I can link to for this but I have heard it is better not to wear a helmet than wearing one of these. The reason being that the outer layer is sticky on tarmac meaning if you crash and hit your head it dose not slide but sticks and uses your entire body as a lever to snap your neck.

Now as I have said I can't remember where I herd or read this so can't provide a link but it may be worth some googling. If you are wearing it for pure style points then this may be irrelevant but you seem to suggest that it is for some safety reason. Just a point I though I would raise.

Reminds me of blokes my dad's age riding around in footy shorts with beer guts hanging out..

i think i've got one somewhere, black patent leather, not sure where i put it. useless for safety, but fucking cool. let me know if you still want it, i'll have a poke around.
